[ 6A ]  We recommend contractors for your project or you find one

OR

[ 5B ]  You hire a contractor who obtains the Building Permit
[ 6B ]  Your contractor proceeds with the work

Pricing

[ 1 ]  starting from 500 to 750 including designer's royalty fee
[ 2 , 3 , 4 ]  hourly based - typically 1000 to 1500 excluding City of Calgary fees
[ 5A , 6A ]  fixed fee - 3000
